Our stake Pioneer Day was held at Gooding fairgrounds. We had a yummy dinner and entertainment. Calf roping, calf scramble and hand cart races. Our ward got 2nd. who-ooh. you had 2 adults, 1 YM, 1YW, 1 Primary. You fill 2 buckets of water. Then load sacks of rice, grain and the child. run across the arena and figure 8 around barrel and run home. Extra time is deducted for breaking an egg every one must hold on their person. It was a riot.
Katana's favorite part was the steep hill (mountain) behind the grandstands. Just before we left a guy set up a train ride. The kids enjoyed that as well.
