May Far and Away

Visitors came in a steady even stream.  JD's Family had several little girls who may be a little baby hungry.  Hattie's yearning was sweet... Jade's had her Dad mentally adding another lock to her tower door. Proctors have Azalyn but Zara seemed very small in comparison. How fast they grow.  But Boys are very different creatures. I'm not sure they even held Zara.  I  kept my camera close; ready to capture her funny faces, cute outfits, precious moments with siblings or  staged photo shoots. She is loved. Other events seem to get lost in the blur of a new baby.  A Cinco De Mayo Celebration  at the elementary ( Preston refused to attend ) was my first after baby outing.  Axel gave his first solo primary talk.  We bought a kid size street bike for the kids to practice on before we upgrade to a CRF50.  Axel thinks hes such a bad-A. Its cute.

We Also took Memorial Day weekend to visit the Hatfields in Vegas. Baler and Mace were frenemies. At least they didn't have to share a baby. "this is my sister...." Cart outdid herself. She made Wontons and Eggrolls. Rainbow pancakes and took me for Gyros. We hit a flee market. 100s of fair booth style shops. It was fun to walk around with our babies in mobys. Our husbands had the other kids so we took our time. The heat was oppressive and it was only May!!! We didn't really think and tried to visit the strip Saturday evening on Memorial Day weekend. Bumper to bumper for two hours!! We finally found an on ramp and escaped the madness. Maybe we'll visit in December when the high is only 70 :)  On the way home Sunday we accidentally crashed an Amy / McPhaul Luncheon.  So blessed to see my whole family this month.
