Parked and set up at Dave and Nadean Smith’s Place. Perfect little grassy area by their shop. With the awning out I almost forget I’m camping….almost.
Katana loves being able to go outside a lot. Plus she loves having stand-in grandparents so close. She's really warming up to Dave. I think it tickles him too.
My family lived in Jerome when I was little. Mom said “Sierra you have lots of friends and
contacts there even if you don’t remember them they will remember you” very friendly ward. Vagly familiar faces, names. Had
dinner with Chris and Becky Long. Talked
to a lady at church. “Sierra that’s a pretty name you know there used to be a
family here who had a little girl named Sierra.
Had some other cool names too..can’t remember them…” I helped her out by naming us off “ oh ya that’s it…wait how did you
know?”
How do you keep yourself from going crazy while dealing with a 13 month old in a cardboard box?
1- Get new bikes so you can ride around the countryside (longest ride so far--12 miles—go Preston!) Before we left I Finally found a bike trailer in good condition for a good price. IT’S AWESOME.
2- Get a pool pass so you can cool off
3- Find an internet café / Library
4- Take long outings touring local attractions and back roads
5- Color
6- Go out on the town a few times a month.
7- Invest in some rabbit ears so you can watch Wipeout, Cash Cab, the Bachelor and other stimulating media productions.
Most Important PRAY you don't strangle each other

18th Preston’s Grandmother Darlene Ellsworth Kelly Goff (missing about 5 last names) passed away. It was a long time coming. Just glad she’s not suffering anymore. Katana and I went to represent our family. It was a sweet simple service. She looked really good. It was nice to see everyone and check on the house in Firth.
