Whenever the opportunity for a free ride to visit family in Utah arises we "seize the day". Kids are packed and waiting on the front steps....sometimes days in advance. Parents redneck motor home is the bomb. Plush pillow top mattress and endless treats. Sweet upgrade from the dirty claustrophobic horse trailer canopy I loved as a kid.
We don't often get down to Trujillo's so this trip was for the Amy kids. Got to see their almost finished home. Great view. Next cheered Abe in a 3 game football scrimmage at SUU. Proudly wearing Brain's #8 he had us all wiping our eyes. And what a stud he was! tearing up the field with at least 2 amazing tackles. That night He and Ralayna also shown in the children's theater production of LION KING> Ralayna hit every note nailing Rafiki the Priest Baboon. and Abe killed it as ED the silently comical dumb hyena.
