Christmas is always such a magical affair. Pine scent in one corner-- orange, chocolate and sweets in the other. Lights and shiny things. A special "sabbath" feel. Cozy and at Home. The most anticipated gift was "fidget spinners." Axel decided he wanted an orange one like a week before the big day. We had a white one and an orange sharpie. He was ecstatic! Also loved Tom and Jerry DVD. Katana got a singing Elsa doll and bigger dress up clothes. Mace was happy with a new water gun and Purple backed Levi quilt. Kids got Dry erase markers to replace not-so-washable ones. I got new Contigo bottles. Preston was elated with his soft new PJS with their perfectly placed tag... Mom and Dad stopped on their hunt for "Warmer Weather." We were in charge of their gift. I got Mom an antique singer sewing machine in desk, gumball machine, magnetic cubes and tablet fire. Only snow we've got all year was on Christmas. Just enough to sled via 4-wheeler and justify lots of hot cocoa. Oh also got Shipping container for storage as a Christmas, new year, anniversary and next few b-day gift. Preston built shelves. I wired the lights. ( yes me! All by myself. Preston was plumbing his parents house for their Christmas gift that weekend).
