Amazing April

AND IT CAME TO PASS. The Prophetic Proclamation last October that this conference would be One never to be forgotten....WAS ACCOMPLISHED.   The whole Kelly family was going to attend in salt lake. Then send Marc and Pam to the MTC that Monday.  Nope. Everything is Shut down/ Cancelled/ Postponed.  Conference was still amazing. Music was selected from the archives. past recordings of songs.  80's hair rocks.  I was waiting for a major announcement …. a call to ZION or bring back polygamy.....NOPE.  Just conference. Lots about Joseph Smith and the Bicentennial year and Restoration of the Church.   Good. Always Good.
School at home SUCKS. Packets are sooooo fun. I started Piano lessons with them because we weren't already stressed.  The kids are really taking to it. They can do twinkle twinkle and the bottom hand of Heart and Soul.   Kids were quite impressed with my Easter Bunny pancakes.  No community hunts--Stupid Covid.  Mom and Dad came down for a hunt in the back yard Saturday morning.  Marc and Pam come down later in the day to celebrate Zaras B-day with us.  We had a Bunny cake.  In hindsight I should have done carrot cake but alas; chocolate.  Zara is a sneaky little baby.  She can climb on anything.  I can't keep her out of the Nutella or Peaunt butter.    I had a heart attack the first time I saw her jump off the end tables onto the couch.  She's so little. A true Trust Fall face first into the cushions. comes up laughing so I guess it's OK.   She watches the kids and thinks she can  do it all as well. I'm not going to be the one to tell her she can't. She's officially walking really well.  Mad she can't run.  She got pink Ruffle butt pants for her B-day and the famous Crayon Sweater from MOM.  And Cheese puffs from her siblings.  . We sure do love our Zara- Bara -Boo.

Kids absolutely love Bling.  We go out almost every day and catch him and pet him.  He is so little.  When we put the horses on the grass Zara sits by the front door and yells when they come by.  We filled in the trenches indented for a shop base.. it's now a perfect dirt play yard.  Sad note...Fuzz.  80 year old fuzz....not sure she was a female horse fuzz...2 feet tall fuzz had a colt.  I found them early one morning about 2 weeks after Diamond had hers.  It was heart breaking.  A perfectly formed filly stiff and dead. poor fuzz ball.

A Free Saturday. Nothing open...so 2020. So we went for a drive to see some windmills.  They are huge up close.  We had a pick nick.  It was just nice to be together.   Stopped into see Mike.  He happened to have his kids and we went fishing.  He lives near a fish hatchery and knows the people who own it and they let him fish the inlets as much as he wants to keep the wild fish from infecting the stock.  It was too easy.  We got probably 30 in 30 min.  Preston said he might be able to get behind fishing if it was always this successful.
