Much in March

The kids have been asking for a dog for a while.  Needed to convince the hubby.  His idea of a dog is outside Cowdog.  Well we have no cows to work it and don't live in an area that it can be out all the time.  That's how we lost the last two. We've been looking. Things just fell into place we found a 1/2 corgi 1/2 blue healer pup local for $300.  Its small for me.  Looks like a dog for Preston.  Cookie; Welcome to the family.   Chick day chicks.  Zara loves them.....so does Cookie. Chick pocket was a stroke of genius to maybe keep some from getting 'Loved to death'.    Eagles nesting season is almost over. For family night we ate at the West Point Restaurant and looked at the Eagle Tree.

*I'm staying up on my CFM Goal of nails. Pinterest Dipped nails works.  I made Katana a scripture case using my old one from when I was 12 as a pattern.  Probably less headache just to buy it next time.  New hair color...PURPLE.
* Katana woke us up saying Zara was sick.  She had blue lips, lethargic and couldn't breath.  Preston was concerned enough we made a midnight run to the hospital in Gooding.  Ended up being Croup.  It was our first kid with it.  We had no clue. No tell tell cough just hard wheezy intakes... so scary. We did a breathing treatment. Long night.  She also went in with her first black eye from playing with siblings.  Thankfully they weren't too worried about it and they weren't Nazi about masks so I was able to snuggle, sing, kiss and comfort her.
*Mace folded a metal chair on his finger at church.  Probably could have used stitches. The flap had  closed up pretty good by the time we got home. ouch.
* Had a free weekend so we filled it up with a trip to Syringas. Our main adventure was a bike, scooter, hoover ride to the park.  Utah is opening up but it's cold out yet.

Mid month we met with the Kelly's in I.F. for Hattie's Baptism.  Katana was asked to be a witness she was so nervous and honored.  Two weeks later we met at our house for bikes, fishing, hiking and cousins.  We were able to celebrate Kylins b-day together too.  We did the Malad Gorge walking bridge hike.  Echo showed us the Virginia Reel.  The kids loved it. It was quite a workout.
