Not O.K.

Living in a motel is challenging.   But I find ways to make it more like home.

Some of my favorite adages are: Waste not / Want not AND One man’s junk is another man’s treasure.
Like a dirty penny on the sidewalk--Preston keeps his eyes open for abandon straps, tie downs and hooks from completed jobs sites.  I also found a laundry basket full of treasures in a dumpster.   Including Time’s Tribute to Michael Jackson and Aaron Ralston’s Between a Rock and a Hard Spot

Because JMS can’t plan we had a heck of a week.
Tuesday (9/27) we moved to Guymon, Oklahoma about 4 hours away in the panhandle.   We’re in an apartment yaha!   Crestview Apartments 500 W 15th #109--   2 bed/2 bath corner apartment.   Love it.  The only down side is it’s unfurnished.
Thursday they sent the guys back to Elk City cuz they weren’t quite ready for them.
Saturday they came back with a u-haul of furniture.
Sunday we all moved back “temporarily”  to Elk City.
So yes I’m back in that Lovely ½ star hotel.   At least I have a great view this time.

Honestly if it weren’t for Preston and Katana I don’t know how long I’d last.   They really are my whole world.  Preston works so hard. I’m so proud of him.  Plus He takes me out once a week for a special dinner.  And my little girl is so happy all the time.   I love them both.
