Obie

Facebook post from my Aunt Clarita was how I heard about it. It was wonderful that right along with the horror of the news was the peace God is with us. "My poor brother and his family is a fine example of how life can keep throwing punches. Its a testament that with God ALL trails can be bearable. To much too handle on our own.. In June Darwin's' 33 year old daughter and her full term unborn daughter passed away suddenly leaving her husband a single parent with 3 small children. (They are doing well Alex is amazing). At the funeral Darwin's' oldest son announced he has cancer, (He has experienced a miracle cancer seems to be manageable). Now Darwin and his youngest son in a fight for their lives.. As the family is processing the latest events a couple of thing is clear: Prayer is powerful, God gives peace and hope and family is strength. So thankful we do not need to take on this world alone..Obie got life flight to Children's in Salt Lake. Darwin in St. George both in critical condition. Obie not conscience yet."

The driver and passenger were also confirmed to be locals to the area. The semi driver was not injured in the incident. No citations have been issued, Womack said.
