My friend Kailan Pope started selling Lipsence. A smudge proof- budge proof all day lip stain. It's what I asked for for Christmas but when it came in a month early of course I opened it. I then hosted a party and convinced my family to try it too. I hope they love it as much as I do.
With Katana in school the boys are learning to entertain each other. They are starting to play together and not just be Katana's followers. Axel finished going through the alphabet. We do 5 min. of school focusing on one letter then put it up on his door and play " the fly swatter game." -- I say a letter sound and name and picture associated with it and he slaps it with a flyswatter. We started family names and numbers. Today 11/15 he wrote his name with no help. (Putting picture here cus it fits better but really happened after Thanksgiving. Found head lice. Only Katana got it. We shaved the boys-easy. Lots of laundry and stinky shampoos. 3 days of combing and we got it licked. I hope... )
Meridian Temple Open house. Proctors came up and we all got tickets to go together. Kellys, Hatfields, Proctors and Mom and Dad. 8 Adults and 6 Kids. It was a little less than reverent but the Kids were super excited. Syringa has taken her boys to a half dozen open houses anywhere from 20 min to 4 hours away in the last few years. She says "This is an eternal goal. I'm making it a priority to take my boys as much as possible now and later. "
