First lets start with a PRICELESS Photo gallery showing off our beautiful family. Katana is one month old. She sleeps 6 hours at night. She has started to smile though you have to be really animated to coax one out of her. She hates the heat and loves the water.
Next is INFLATION—it’s getting out of control. A few weeks ago we spent $47.76 on a subway sandwich and $2 for an 8 oz glass of lemonade. The lemonade stand could have turned a better profit if it weren’t employing very kid in town. As for Subway it’s their new ploy for money to say your card doesn't work—have you swipe it 5 times—and still charge you. BEWARE
STEAL: I love yard sales. Preston gets so mad when I drag him to them. But I think I finally sold him on the idea after he got a Nintendo Wii , with one game, 3 controls, 2 wheels, golf club, racket, and baseball attachments for $20.
DEPRIVATION--Fixing the stairs to the basement. They are so Awesome. I can walk down them in the dark without fear of dying. But ug it was a lot of work. We redid the floor and steps. When Preston tore them out there was nothing holing them up. They had been built on dirt; therefore after 40 years had rotted out. Scary!

AFTER
It was a day for improvements as our neighbors Brandy and Jen Anderson (they share our hump in the back) cut down 3 giant elms. REDUCTION Jen and I walked back and forth to each others houses to see how our projects were coming. Ha Ha we finished first.
